Good week for training. Weather was nice all week and I doubled my run mileage. Swimming stayed consistent. Trying to be caustious of my shin splints though so I am only running on dirt trails near Twin Oaks.
Mon - Jog/Run 4 mi
Tue - Off (nap)
Wed - Swim 1.2 mi (29:55) - Jog/Run 5 mi
Thu - Off (mexican food and margaritas)
Fri - Swim 1.2 mi (30:20) - Jog/Run 6 mi
Wife is awesome and supportive.
