Busy work week hurt my training a little. On call this weekend too so .... we'll see. Supposed to run 8 miles today. Yesterdays swim Blew goats!!! So I got out of the water after only 1250 m and went home. 10 hours day before hand on the phone for 5 straight killed me.

Tue - Swim 10x100m at 1:20 on 1:50 intrvl
Wed - Off
Thu - Run 6 (8:30 Pace)
Fri - Swim 1000m (ON CALL)
Sat - 8 mile jog.

Crappy day at work led to great training day...
Swam hard turning 1:20 100 meter swim times for a set of 10 x 100 on 1:50.
Biked 30 miles is bad traffic after the swim held 17.5. Not the best, but a good start.

MARCH
Good week for training. Weather was nice all week and I doubled my run mileage. Swimming stayed consistent. Trying to be caustious of my shin splints though so I am only running on dirt trails near Twin Oaks.
Mon - Jog/Run 4 mi
Tue - Off (nap)
Wed - Swim 1.2 mi (29:55) - Jog/Run 5 mi
Thu - Off (mexican food and margaritas)
Fri - Swim 1.2 mi (30:20) - Jog/Run 6 mi
Wife is awesome and supportive.
